Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional training experience, please note the following before booking:

Please note: Training sessions require a minimum number of 4 trainees to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the course may be rescheduled or cancelled. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund.

• Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and can be scheduled up to 4 months ahead.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 72 hours before your training session.

• Each course is limited to a maximum of 12 learners per session to allow for quality, hands-on training.

• We run a maximum of one training session per day and up to four sessions per month. Once a course is fully booked, that date will no longer be available.

By booking and attending this training, you agree to these terms and you acknowledge your responsibility to comply with all safety instructions during the course and in any subsequent practice. Thank you for helping us maintain high training standards and a supportive learning environment.
